Registration Requirements
- You MUST have a password protected ZOOM account
- Self register for each class in your required course schedule.
- Self register for make up classes.
- Self register to AUDIT a class. When auditing a class please add the word AUDIT to the first name field and include your last name in the last name field.
*If you are taking the classes using your handheld you will need to install google calendar app.

Class Credit Policy for Virtual Classroom Code of Conduct
Students MUST comply with all rules for class credit:
- Working Camera.
- Working Microphone.
- Students must be in a private room separated from others.
- No babysitting.
- No driving or being a passenger in a motor vehicle.
- No walking.
- No lying down.
- No consuming alcohol.
- No inappropriate conduct or attire.
- Class quizzes/polls will be given, 100% participation required by law.
- Remain stationary and keep your camera stationary and minimize distractions.
No eating with utensils (snacks permitted)
State licensing rules and regulations for online real estate license classes strictly prohibits any violation of the class credit policy. Students in violation will be required to make up the class, no partial credit given.
* $25.00 make up fee applies.

Zoom is.a third party platform used to provide online instruction. If you need additional help with using Zoom please visit this link Zoom Help (Students must have a free password protected Zoom Account to access class)
To make up a class simply look for that unit(s) in any future day, night or weekend class schedule on the school calendar and then register as you normally do for scheduled classes. Day and Night students can make up classes by attending either schedule, Saturday students can only make up classes using the Saturday schedule. If you are not sure what units you have missed please email the school administrator requesting a transcript here- Info@instituteri.com
Your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you within a week of completing your scheduled classes. You will need to present your certificate in order to sit for the exam, you can use a printed copy or digital as evidence of completion. If you are unsure if you have completed all your required classes please email info@instituteRI.com to request a transcript.

If you have completed all your required classes you can audit any class schedule. Choose day, nights or weekends. Simply log into any class as you normally registered during your required classes. It's that simple. Please put the word AUDIT in the first name field and you MUST put your last name is the last name field.
