This course is designed to fulfill the mandatory lead paint class for pre licensing students in Rhode Island. The objective of this seminar is to provide candidates for licensure with an overview of current law and procedures pertaining to lead paint mitigation and its effects on real estate transactions in the state of Rhode Island.

Rhode Island real estate licensees are required to complete the following requirements unless exempt.

The course fee's vary depending on the number of credits offered per class.
At that point your Rhode Island real estate license is "inactive". You will have one year to submit your renwal application with evidence of completeing all renewal requiremnts. Late fee applies
Our courses are primarily online, with some in-person components depending on the subject and level of the course. Online courses are self-paced.
No, extra credits earned above the 24 required hours can not be rolled over and applied to a future renewal period.

Yes, our approved classes are available to all Rhode Island real estate licensees
The class will indicate if it is "CORE" in the description.
Yes, all RI licensees wha are not exempt must complete the required 24 hours.
Yes. Any CORE credits earned will count towards the total 24, remember you need a minimum of 9 CORE credits for renewal with at least 3 in a Fair Housing-related class
