Rob Scaralia is a highly respected second-generation real estate leader, educator, and entrepreneur whose career has spanned over four decades. Licensed since 1985, Rob cemented his dedication to the industry by opening his own brokerage in 1992. Under his leadership, the firm has consistently ranked in the top 5 percent of all real estate brokerages in Rhode Island, a testament to his expertise and business acumen.
Rob's enduring passion lies in education, specifically in helping real estate professionals adopt a robust business point of view to successfully launch and grow their ventures. He is a Rhode Island state-approved real estate instructor for both licensing and Continuing Education classes, sharing his extensive knowledge with the next generation of agents.

Manny Souza is a highly experienced Rhode Island real estate Broker and a dedicated educator committed to delivering exceptional service and classroom instruction. With a career spanning over three decades in real estate and business administration, Manny brings a wealth of practical knowledge to both his clients and students.

Manny's commitment to excellence is supported by his educational background and state certification:
- State Approved Instructor for the Rhode Island Real Estate Salesperson Pre-license Course.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Providence College, Providence, RI (1987).
